Terms and conditions of registration:

• For competitive players:
  • Providing transportation to away matches at least 3 times per season.
  • Washing sports clothing provided by Pluto.
  • Fulfilling jury table duties.
  • Reffing as instructed by the competition secretariat.
• At the age of 15 (or older) it is mandatory to obtain the referee’s diploma.
• Membership is valid for a full season from July 1st to June 30th of the following year; membership is automatically extended by one year, unless
  cancelled in writing before June 1st to the treasurer of Pluto.
• Take note of the internal regulations and the code of conduct (see our website: www.plutobasketbal.nl).
• Upon registration, a one-off administration fee of 20 euros is due. This will be settled during the first contribution collection.
• The contribution is collected automatically. For the current contribution contribution, see our website www.plutobasketbal.nl. The contribution is debited in the months of July, October, January and April.
• If a player becomes a member after the start of the training, the contribution will be collected from the next quarter. Only during the summer months, an exception applies, in which case contributions will be collected retroactively from the first quarter (July-September).
• Is aware of Pluto’s volunteer policy and actively participates in it.
• Pluto uses a camera system to record matches and to analyse them afterwards. These images are not used for other purposes. By
  signing, you agree to the fact that you or your child may appear on these recordings.
• In the context of the GDPR, our privacy statement is on our website. By
  signing, you indicate that you have read it.
